When will I receive my items?

We put a lot of love into hand-sewing your bows as we receive your order.

It generally takes 2 to 3 days for an order to ship.

Busy times like the Holiday seasons can delay the process. Be sure to order early if you need that special bow for the celebrations! In an emergency, you may contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate your timing.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. 2-3 business days (not guaranteed). Please contact us if you need your order in a rush.

We have a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95 on all orders under $30.00. Free shipping on all orders $30.00 or more.
